Hope I'm doing this right. I have been suffering agoraphobia/anxiety for a year and a half now. Well, I say a year and a half - actually prob started slowly about ten years ago and my net just got gradually smaller and more limited as time and life experiences and breeding matured. With huge catalysts last year resulted in compete agoraphobia/panic even at home being competely scared to breath in and out. Well things luckily have moved on with a lot of hard work-now out and about in my town but at my chosen times (no traffic). Somewhat of a relapse over last few weeks though and really down and upset today having thought I now have to go through this again. Been searching for a chat online and found this great site. Cheers.
