Adrenal Fatigue

I was recently diagnosed with adrenal fatigue and this also seems to explain my problems with anxiety and panic...does anyone else have any experience of it?:D

Does adrenal fatigue mean your so pumped up that you can't sleep. This is why your tired. Also could it mean your anxious which is adrenalin you you become mentally tired?

If so I have it.
