Teeth worries - need advice!

Hi I am going on hols tomo and I'm suddenly freaking out about my wisdom teeth. I had a wisdom tooth out in jan coz it got infected and I was told that the x-ray showed both my upper wisdom teeth were in my jaw but growing in the wrong place. My jaw is hurting a bit. Could it be to do with wisdom teeth? Could they also be infected? Can it wait to see a dentist till I get back? Anyone else had this problem?

I'm so worried.
I need advice ASAP
