meds swap,, anoixous about it

im grate full for any advise pls,

ive got to do a straight swap from 60mg prozac to 40mg citalphram on monday,, well i get withdrawels and the side affects from cit all in one go,, ive put posts all over this site hoping for someone to hopfully have gone thorough this,, :weep:

I swapped from citalopram to mirtazapine and had a bit of a groggy head, but that was it.
