Food poisoning worries

Hi all, feeling a bit worried at the moment. I have really bad oc.d with germs and illness anyway, but tonight i ate a burger and im kinda worried ill get food poisoning from it, although i don't really have any grounds to say i will, as it was a bbq and other people ate them to. I just can't get the thought out of my head and im starting to make myself feel a bit sick and dizzy. The burger looked well cooked and tasted fine, but after i felt a bit sick and now i still feel a bit funny. Could it just be my overactive imagination? Anyone else get worries like this?

Yes I do this if I eat somewhere I haven't eaten before, when I get a take away.

Try not to worry, I know it is difficult, but just say to yourself it's done now and there is nothing you can do to change it, but it is VERY unlikely you will become ill.
