feel weird

for several days i just havent felt with it realy tense cant relax head doesnt feel like my own have got a water infection wonder if this is making things worse just feel strange has anyone else felt like this if so how do i get rid of feeling this way:)

hi lucy...is it making you more worried and anxious?

see if u can try and do some relaxation with a CD or something and see if it goes?

if u get really worried ask the doctor maybe?

Hi. Water infections can sometimes make you feel out of it and confused specially if you have a temp with it. Try and rest and drink plenty of fluids :) If still feelin crap go to your Dr. Hope your feelin better soon :) Xx
