Going home tonight

Hi Everyone

I moved in with my parents a couple days ago after I had a total breakdown and was planning to stay here all week, but have decided to go home to my husband tonight. He has actually been really understanding and supportive - I just hope I feel ok at my own place. I think I have felt safe at my parents because I grew up here. I have felt stressed though knowing that he is at home alone worrying about me. I feel like it will be a small step towards me getting back to normal - hopefully. :unsure:

And small steps are all you need right now. Its normal to want to be somewhere familiar when we are ill, to be back with mum but I can understand you also wanting to be with your hubby. Sounds like he's a good person and wants whats best for you to get better. Don't worry about the bigger picture or look too far ahead as that can lead to more anxiety and worry. Rest up and take it one day at a time and you will get there.
