Hi everyone

I am new, err obviously lol.
I live in Bradford
I am 30, female, married, mother, teacher. Sufferer of recurrent depression and anxiety along with Borderline Personality and PTSD. I am also a self harmer.

I've joined here looking for friends and support really, hopefully i shall find both.

Please feel free to message me, not sure how the system works in here yet, so please bear with me

Hello and welcome.

There are people here who are in similar situations who will offer you lots of support. Sometimes it's nice just to know you are not alone.

Have a good look at some of the old posts, I'm sure you will find some you can relate to.

well done you lot to go through all this and hold down a job, must be tough but i suppose it is better to be out there still feeling sort of normal. anyway be proud of that
