Hey guys, I havent been on here much since my recovery, but i'd love to know how everyone is doing?? I have spoken to so many of you over the past 6 months.. and would love to just catch up and see how you all are with ur anxiety, whether you are doing great or just the same or worse, im here to help as i said i would be :)

Hi Hayley, good to see you again and glad you're still feeling good. I'm feeling loads better since joining...still have the odd bad day but mostly good ones these days. I like to stay and try to help others though.
