hiya,
ive been on 45mg zispin for 2 years, ive reduced slowly and am now down to 7.5 mg, ive noticed last week or so that im getting bad tummy ache! feels like trapped wind/constipation.or ill have the runs, sorry if tmi!!! im just beginning to panic as i suffer with bad health anx and im doing so well coming off my meds but the panics kicking in and dont want to dose up on valium, neone had same experience xx
