Hi all, I get some really strange episodes when i lay down to sleep.
theyre almost like adrenalin rushes that make me feel awake again, hard to describe but i get a kind of like buzzing sensation down my arms and tops of legs. ive tried to convince me its a problem with my neck but x rays and scans have shown just normal wear and tear so i'm resigned to the fact that this is an anxiety symptom.
its the most annoying thing, and really gets to me :weep:. even on a recent holiday i was unable to really relax on the beach and have an afternoon nap due to these sensations.
i dont get an increased heart rate or anything but do feel anxious when this happens.
anyone else experience similar things ? be nice to get some reassurance from other people.
