Hi all,

I'm new at message boarding, so please allow for my learning curve.
I am suffering panic attacks that, I believe, are menopause induced.
Does anyone have any insite type of panic attack? They happen mostly at night just before or just after my period. I can't 'plan' on them because my period has become so irregular.

I always find that periods and hormones make my panics worse. My mum said that her symtoms can be exaggerated when she is feeling menopausal.
