Hi I am a new member

Hi All
My name is Wendy and I am 32 Years old and live in Cheshire
I have suffered panic attacks for approx ten years which has progressed into Panic disorder over the past weeks.
It is good to know I am not alone with the constant fear of dying and going insane and hope one day to over come this
I am struggling to face each day at the moment and hope to meet new friends to both give and receive support

I just read your post and could totally relate to what you said. In fact I am sure I have said the same things in the past.

I also have panic disorder and the fear of dying/going mad but I think that it also true of many members!!

I hope that you find the dite a great place to get support and encouragement.
