OMG!!!! Help

I went out with my husband to get a pizza and this man came running at him shouting how dare you shout at my girlfriend and he was so aggressive.my heart within 10 seconds was skipping so bad and I thought I going to collapse. Is it normal for that to happen? Scared again now!!

Happens to me every time i have a fright Ames! Also happens when i'm calm too! But if i have something random like that happen then my heart starts skipping like mad and i start panicking which makes it worse!
Rest assured you are not alone and the fact that you came on here to tell the story says that you are going to be OK :winks:
