View Full Version : Back, Shoulder Pain
Anyone know whether trapped wind / gas can cause back & shoulder pain?
Yup it sure can! I suffer with trapped wind and it can be felt in many places, my back my neck, my ears and throat! It's horrible. I find a hot drink and stretching my arms across my chest and rolling my shoulders helps!
Thanks CJA. I have been getting this pain for some months now and I do have alot of flactuance but my partner said that she thinks the pain in the back, shoulders and neck could be trapped wind
God can it, I had an almighty reaction to citalopram at weekend and it gave me excruciating indigestion/ trapped wind which went all the way from stomach up into chest and round the back/shoulders terrible pain could hardly breathe. This could also be due to muscle tension aswell as this can cause a trapped wind type pain.
