Right Sided Abdo pain and back

i have a pain which is literally just to the right of my belly button, is like a crampy pain and is in the same position on my back but my back is generally achy on the right side. It's not there constantly it comes and goes seems worse at night and in a morning when i wake up. Nothing seems to make it worse or better??

It makes me feel slightly bloated and flatulant.

Anyone got any ideas??

hmm might just be wind or a muscle spasm you say its worse at night and in the morning. i have that problem with my back sometimes, the pain goes kinda through my back and side.
I also get a sharp pain right under my belly button, been getting it for years now so not sure what it is.
are you feeling any better?

ive got it too! tummy ache/backache had for a couple of weeks, feels like i need a good f***t all the time!!lol..ive been worrying about it but it seems quite commen from posts on here xx
