ive had a horrible start to weel ,, all because thye wanted to change my meds,, well i was scared to one and freacked out,, spent most of monday on the floor crying and thought this is it,, its over ,, lol,,,, i can laugh now,, any way doc kepy me on my normal meds which id prozac , seroquel and diazipam,, but increasing the seroquel , i do feel much better but very tired and cant really eat,, but i just cant get monday out my mind,, im scared i feel like thta again and i be on my own tomorrow so im getting anixoue again,,i know i work my self up but wot can i do.
