hi can anyone help me please ,i have had mild aches and pains since my anx started but lately they are worse than the actual anx and panic attacks .i am having problems sleeping and when i do sleep the pains are waking me at The mo i have pains in both arms wristS AND HANDS PAIN IN RIBS BOth sides across my collarbone my back shoulder blades hips and down my right LEG THESE PAINS VARY FROM ANNOYING ACHES TO VERY PAINFUL I AM MANAGINGJUST WITH PAINKILLERS AND IBUPROFEN GELS BUT The pain when bad seems to set of heart palps which terrify me cause of my health anx which revolves around my fear of heart attacks/disease/failure i feel stupid going to my dr again but i really am getting to the stage where i cant cope with the pain anymore if anyone else has had similar pain please reply i need advice on what best to do to manage these pains thank u christine
