Brand new to this and just wanted to say Hi..

Been dealing with depression and anxiety issues for the last year, things have been pretty terrible to say the least. But I know I can get out of this, starting new medication on Saturday and most importantly seeking help and trying to change my outlook

Big love to any other sufferers of these afflictions my thoughts are with you and would love to chat to anybody for advice

Has anybody suffered Manic or Hypo Manic Symptoms? I have had two experiences that have led onto my current depression..

Would be interesting to hear any other stories and how they deal with it.
