aching under arm

i am so stupid a week or so ago i plucked some armpit hair quite low down. it was quite long and ever seen then i have had a aching under my armpit.

there are no lumps or bumps there just the aching.

have i given myself something nasty?

Its a really tender and sensitive area and just prodding the area can make it sore so I wouldn't worry. Is it inflammed at all? May be an ingrowing hair.
