Waves of dizziness/nausea

Just since this morning I've been feeling really odd. On the bus into work I suddenly had a really strong wave of nausea, and since then I've had repeated waves of a sort of heavy, fuzzy, dizzy feeling in my head, with difficulty focussing, and of repeated mild nausea. It's making it really hard to concentrate - sort of feels like my skull is under pressure from the sides - not painful, but odd.

Anyone here know what this could be?

Poor you. It could be a stomach bug - there's a lot of them about at the mo. Maybe see how it goes for a few days. I get nausea when I'm anxious.
