Sudden rash please help me! :S

HI

I've just noticed a big yellow / brown / red rash on my neck that wasn't there this morning! I rang the Dr's but can't see me untill monday!

What does everyone think it is? Please help, i'm terrified its cancer, or meningitis!

There are red bits, dark brown bits, and very pale areas! thanks.

Hi, no not for a few days.

Parts of my skin have gone very white, others yellow, otheres red, I've also had a small patch of yellow/brown skin appear in the centre of my chest for the past few months. I'm really worried.

The rash is still there, its been over 24 hours now! I'm getting worried, i've been overly tired for the past few days, having about 16 hours sleep a day. Can anyone help?

Hi Jim,

The clue is in the title of your posting - "Sudden rash..."

Sudden rashes, as you describe it, are very rarely life threatening As mentioned by the previous posting it sounds like some sort of allergy/irritation/stress thing and your doctor will calm your fears on Monday.

If you can't wait until then why not give NHS Direct/24 a call and they will put your mind at ease.
