Hi Everyone, the last two days I have actually felt a teeny bit better for the first time in ages. I am still signed off work but have been trying to get out the house and do non stressful stuff. My husband has a day off tomorrow and wants to go to another city (1 hour away) for shopping in the sales. I really don't want to go but don't want to disapoint him or trigger an argument, I just feel that I shouldn't be doing anything this stressful while i am off work and don't want it to set me back when i am only starting to feel a bit better. I think I will have to tell him tonight, wish me luck x
