Hello all,

I'm a 28 (soon to be 29) year old woman from Kentucky and just within the past 8 months I've begun dealing with symptoms of GAD. Right now it seems like a neverending ordeal with no light at the end of the tunnel but I'm pretty excited to have found a place like this (that doesn't require a subscription) with people who understand what I'm going through.

Hi, I M sure you will find this place full of hope. I suffer from gad for 5 years and have a small blip now for the 2nd day. I came here first then anywhere else. I know that I will find reassurance here. I was free for major relapses for over 6m. M.
