Hi all! First post here! I have been on Effexor XR for about 7 years and a week ago they finally released the generic version here in the US. I have heard stories on the web about how generics aren't as great as the name brand, but I'm trying not to let those sites get to me. I know that in other countries, Effexor XR has been generic for a while, so my main question is have you seen a difference? I am afraid it isn't going to work as well or I will experience withdrawl symptoms. I hope it's just as good because I am only going to have to pay four dollars for the new generic. Oh and as a side note: these are capsules not the tablets that are the generic form. Any insight would be helpful. :D
