Olfactory hallucinations

I've been fine for weeks now. I can drink etc and do everything as before. I very rarely suffer any anxiety symptoms... Until this morning when I started feeling very dizzy and could smell cannabis for a good 5 mins. Read up about potential connections with brain tumours/brain injury/epilepsy etc... I feel weird now... Has anyone else had these symptoms? :(

That's strange to find this post here, I had this this morning! I get a vast multitude of symptoms from the anxiety - this one is a brand new one for me. I could smell smoke for a good few minutes. Don't know how to explain this one, all I know is my brain plays all sorts of tricks on me.

I've not had it since... Think I've just had heightened anxiety lately due to feeling down etc. I'll mention it to the ENT dude when I go next month.
