View Full Version : My new self-help group
I am facilitating a new self-help group in Woking called Release and the first meeting takes place this Wednesday 22 February at 7.30. We'll be meeting every month.
It will give a chance for you to come along and chat about your issues, or just listen to others, in a safe and comfy environment.
I was approached because the manager of the centre was so impressed with this site. So I've incorporated the NMP logo on the leaflet and am encouraging Release members to log on here.

Hi folks and thanks for your wishes.
It was my first meeting tonight, and a couple of people turned up - they looked the sort who could well be regulars.
Bearing in mind, its only been publicised for a few days, I was happy with the turnout. Three others were also planning to go, but couldn't/didn't, so I'm hopeful that it will be fine once established.
Not surprisingly, I left my mobile at home[Sigh...]
And I gave them some NMP leaflets[^]
