cold sweat

hi everyone today and lastnight i keep getting cold sweats where my forehead is cold but dripping of sweat,my mum said this is panic but im worried its something more serious,anyone had this,im 25,and it does seem to disapear when im on the phone to my mum.please help .thankyou xx

I have it few days before my blips with anxiety, or before periods and when very stressed during some conversation or meeting.

thankyou so much for replying i was worried it was something to do with a heart problem which i have dr google to thank for,driving me mad i hate the cold forehead xx
