Hi everyone,

My name is Ria and i'm 21. I have suffered from depression since the age of 16, but in the last 18 months or so have started to have anxiety which has gotten much worse since i came off my antidepressants. Am currently feeling very vunerable and am looking for support from people who have been through similar things. This forum looks great, hope to talk to some of you soon :)
