hi everyone

big day today got my 6th and last CBT session paid for by my company and to be honest hasn't worked cos i had to go sick again for the 2nd time 2 weeks ago. dunno what to do next am meeting manager tomorrow and i know he wants me to quit. what d'you reckon.....

I would try to keep the job by all means if there is a chance. Do you take any medications?

just started buspirone 5mg was intending to get more counselling and give the meds a chance to work instead of rushing back to work like i did last time

Dont quit. You're off sick, it can happen to anybody. Give the meds a chance to kick in, definately get some more counselling. It will take as long as it takes for you to feel better and when you return to work is a discussion for you and your Dr. Your company and your manager will do whatever they need to do, dont let them force you into quitting.
