Well the anxiety is lessening at times now (still trembling and odd in the mornings) and hope that continues I have to say and then an up in meds to 20mg next week.
Lousy nights sleep last night though as I strained my back a few weeks back and ended up in A&E in agony and on tramadol and stuck at home for a couple of days. Then off the tramadol and into panic attacks...now my back is playing up again and without Iburpofen, am worried about it seizing again. Although some people are saying I may be able to use it short term to ease this, so just waiting for my GP's to open and give them a call to see if I could.
It would be a relief if I can so fingers crossed
