I just want to hug everyone here and tell you all it will be ok, you will be ok. we all have the strength to beat this and we all will beat this in our own time.

I hadnt had an attack for so long then i had a pretty bad one last night and a lovely friend i met on here just last night helped me through it. This site is a help to many people,me included. So hugs to all of you xxxxx

I too am feeling dreadful but reading your post has focused my mind on the FACT that I wont ALWAYS feel this bad. It's hard to believe it but your post has made me acknowledge the REALITY that no feelings stay exactly the same forever, I have felt better before I CAN DO AGAIN
