hi there this weird thing i get is somtimes when i move my head i feel like its a bit like slow motion feels a bit dizzy as well also acompanied my head pain.:)

I used to get that with anxiety. Its really weird and of course I had convinced myself that it was something serious which made the anxiety worse.

I dont know exactly what causes it but apparently it is a common symptom of anxiety.
