hi guys do any of you get a symptom of id say like a lightheadedness been to docs lots of times but no answer as yet i get them through out the day sometimes once sometimes 6or Severn to day i was sat at traffic lights today and it felt like my van was moving even though i had my foot right on brake as soon as i noticed this my anxiety kicked in

I have had several varations of this in the past. I have had pretty severe depersonalization, when it feels like I am in a dream all the time, but I have also had what I think you may be describing where I suddenly for no reason feel woozy, faint or dizzy. After a few seconds it goes away. I have no idea what causes this but I have had it for years on and off and it definitley is worse when I am anxious.
