Feeling like hair / feather brushing accross skin?

Has anyone had this? It is only on my right arm and it feels like a hair or feather is brushing over my skin very lightly. It is on the same side as my leg troubbles (tinging and electric shooting sensation which the doctor says is a bruised nerve) so of course I am thinking all sorts of scary things. This arm thing did not come on until a couple of weeks after the leg thing, I also have some RSI on that side when I use the laptop a lot. Has anyone experienced this feeling before?

I get all sorts of weird and wonderful sensations - some are caused by a trapped nerve and RSI but others by anxiety. I sometimes get the feeling that a feather is brushing across my skin too - I've never known how to word it though!!
