Nicola,

Just read your piece in the Daily Mail & as a result logged onto this brillant site. I too suffer with the same "driving issues" as yourself & have been doing so for 10 years now!!! A problem made even worse when my job is pretty much based around driving. I have tried many treatments & spent lots of money doing so, unfortunately none of them have worked. How have you managed, as I really want to nail this one as it has & still is ruining my life.

Cheers,
Alan.

Thanks very much for this Nicola, there's so many things on here that I can relate to.

In particular the guy who couldn't do above 50mph without freaking out, I've been through that one too. I also used to drive a little GTI number & would often do in excess of 100mph - not big & clever I know, but very frustrating when you've been able to do this.

I'll keep in touch.
