Have had a good day with the HA today, but have found the more tired i get the more my chest hurts and the mre breathless and dizzy i get!!!!!!
IS THIS NORMAL?????

It's normal, you're not dying.

Chances are you're dwelling on the fact that you're tired, becoming extra anxious, overbreathing which is causing the chest pain and dizziness.

Try to deep breathe, in count to 4 and out count to 7 usually does the trick for me.

I get good days and still get the odd symptoms still, it's normal, it's just how we react that dictates the rest of the day. Try not to let it get you down. Tomorrow's a new day, start fresh! :)
