legs like tumbleing over each other when walking

when i go out its like my legs just are tumbling over one another rather then walking

has any1 else experienced this?

Hi Dave, I have this quite bad at the moment, my anxiety is so high I have it at hone too. When I'm out it's like my legs are too stiff to move and yet wobbly, it's making walking very difficult and frightens me so much, people keep saying anxiety can do this, but I'm not sure how, it feels like my legs are just going to seige up, yet they never do I always get back to the car. Let me know how your getting on.
