Tight chest muscle with shoulder aches

Please Help!!!!!
Am really getting worried, I do suffer with HA and have done for nearly 16 yrs, I get good times n then bad times.
For the past few weeks ive been experiencing really tight shoulders that hurt and really scarey aches in my chest just below my collarbone.
The skin on my chest feels as if its being pulled downwards.
Im scared that its my heart, but my logical side says its "tension"
Please does anyone else get this?????

i get this too,its really painful when i pull my shoulders down,mainly my right my collar bone area is sore to touch,ive had it about a month constantly.

Ok guys n gals
Ive still got this feeling most days, been nearly 12 weeks now.
Really worrying that its my heart? Maybe thats whats keeping the pain here?
It hurts more on movement like leaning and reaching
Does anyone else get this?

I get this!!!

If I get really stressed I find i have soreness where my pecks meet. I usually find rubbing the area eases the tension there. I sometimes get a quick spasm in the centre too.

Very worrying...but I'm not dead yet.
