Twitching in muscle in right arm

Hi everyone

For about 6 weeks, I've had twitching in the muscle in my right arm. Getting myself into a right state about it. Someone at work has been diagnosed with MND and now I'm convinced I have it. Can't sleep, feel shaky and sooo scared.

No one has responded! Do you all think I've got something awful wrong?

I am not a doctor but I have had twitching for years. I am currently freaking out about it too even though I have had it for years. Many many posts on this site reference twitching, buzzing, vibrating muscles I can tell you that it is very common in anxiety. I wish I could believe my own advice but I don't think you are suffering from anything other than anxiety. Good luck and post whenever you need to.

I've been twitching for almost a year, it started when i had HUGE anxiety and panic attacks, my anxiety is generally ok now but i still twitch alot, i had all the tests and nothing was found except for BFS (benign Fasciculation Syndrome) which is basically anxiety / stressed nervous system anyway imo.

Twitching without true weakness is not MND from what i've been told, i've had twitching in my arm for weeks on end too and i'm still here :D
