Hi all,
Just wanted to say hi. Have experienced a number of issues in my 27 years, but can safely say I managed to overcome all of them.... until however I developed an anxiety / panic issue over the last year. Am really hoping that I can get to grips with this too, and hope that this is a positive step in the right direction.
