I found this site while looking for some CBT courses i could do online and i found this site,its described as a life skills course using CBT based therapy (i think!!??)
I was wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this one? Or maybe what you thought about it?
Im going to give it a go anyway ive nothing to lose! :D
