weird feeling

Hi I am new to this forum but have been struggling with panic / anxiety for more htan 3 years now. It was better now it is hell again.
I have a new very worrying symptom and hope that you guys could relate and say if you think this is anx. related or not?
When I lie down I have a feeling that if I stand up I might faint and when I do stand up I never faint but feel out of balance and panicky. Do you guys suffer from anything similar?

I get night sweats, but I think mine are mostly from menopause. I take Ativan.

when im anxious i always get feelings like i am going to pass out and get really panicky. i have never fainted yet but always feels like its going to happen
