It's really, really helped me.
Been terrified about my muscle twitches for weeks, but coming on here, I see it's usually an anxiety symptom.
Ever since my Mum died very suddenly last year, I've been terrified of dying. Already been to docs saying I thought I was having a heart attack. They gave me a 24 hour heart monitor but all OK.
Then following a hysterectomy I had terrible pain, and thought I was going to die, but they gave me MRI and CT and blood tests scans and nothing wrong.
NOw I'm scared about MND and ALS and MS!! God, this is a living hell!
Been led in bed crying all weekend.
