Hi,
Just found this site, which I must say is amazing!
I have been having anxiety attacks since I was 16 (28 now:ohmy:) which bought on chronic depesonalization. I have always been able to manage it until I got depression which made my depersonalization and anxiety a million times worse. Ive had depression twice which on both occasions was cured within 2 weeks of taking anti-depressants:yesyes: only downside is that the depersonalization always remains.
Just thought I would come on here to give a bit of support or advise if anyone needs it:bighug1:
