i did not see this untill other day my sister inlaw came and i was so so anxiose i ave always got on well with her so why this is happening i dont no i just no i am haveing a hard time at the moment lots and lots of anxiety not wanting to be on my own at al not stepping off my garden nt even to see my son a hop skip and a jump even though he comes to fetch me how do i brake this cicale yet agaon been here so many times i dont no what heppend before when its lifted dont no wha i did any one any i deas feeling pretty down with it all thanks for this site lv trish xx
