brown mucus

hi does anyone get brown mucus with there bowel movement i have ibs and have internal piles i had a clear colonoscopy 2 and a half years ago w but im worried now because i stupidly went on google and it says it could bea symptom of bowel cancer please reply x

do you mean like jelly? if so yes! i have heard its when you are trying to clear a blockage. I get this alot at the mo as i am pregnant & constipated 90% of the time xx

yes i suppose it is like jelly its horrible but i wouldnt say im constipated but i do have ibs x

Yes I get this too and, tmi, it smells awful.
