Hi there

I'm new and hoping someone can help.
Two months ago I felt well then had sudden onset vomiting, four times in an hour.I felt rough, couldn't eat for a week then recovered. two days later on a trip to London it happened again.I haven't vomited for 20 years in fact have a big phobia about it. I had strange "concrete" feelings in upper tummy, eating anything made me gag ang get thick mucus stuck in my throat that won't go down, food feels like it's still in my throat.
I have had several panic attacks and I take valium when I can't cope.
I've lost a stone and a gastroscopy showed negative.
I dread eating which often but not always makes it worse.and I have this permanent hurting uncomfortable throat.
Hope someone can help.
