Constant chest pain.

Just wanted to no really if anyone else with anxciety suffers with alot of chest pain? Myself suffers with this everyday. Sometimes it feels as though my heart is bruised. Also iv been suffering with weakness in my arms :weep:

Hi. I get constant chest pain. Had all the heart tests and they say everything is fine and its just anxiety.

I get it too, and the heavy arms thing. It really is all from anxiety. It causes our nervous system to be overactive and it makes our body on the lookout for anything that may be a threat. SO what happens is our body focuses on every single thing it does and that's why we feel our arms being so heavy, and the tension we have often causes the horrible chest pain. Try having a nice hot bath and soak for a while. It's very calming and soothing, and the heat is good for the muscles so it may give your chest pain a bit of a break.
