People are probely gettin sick of me by now lol. how long does virus linger for on average? as ive had it for month and no sighs of it gettin any better

Not sure docs say i have one but cant find out where its located my glands are up and have been for a month and i had a pinkish throat not long back and i do get sore throat and it effects my ears. also get some ringing in them seems to effect my head also.so i dont really know
